Masks must still be worn in health care settings.

To protect the community and our staff, our office is scheduling patient appointments to minimize the wait time in the lobby and exposure to other patients.

For anyone refusing to wear a mask in our lobby, you may wait in your vehicle and we will get you when the provider is ready. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for the safety of our other patients and our staff if you are not willing to abide by our policies.

To reduce the risk of exposure we have implemented several additional security measures. If you answer yes to any of the following questions, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment:

  1. Have you had a positive COVID test in the last 10 days?
  2. Have you had a known or possible exposure to COVID in last 10 days?
  3. Have you had a cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, or lost your sense of smell or taste in the last 7 days?
  4. Have you experienced any GI upset or diarrhea in the last 7 days?
  5. Have you had a fever in the last 72 hours?

All patients are required to wear a face covering while in the building unless exempted by a licensed medical professional due to medical, disability or developmental reasons. In addition, we are seating patients further from each other in the waiting room to minimize exposure. The waiting room and restrooms are being cleaned frequently during the day. The exam rooms are disinfected thoroughly between each patient. Hand sanitizer is available in the waiting room. We are asking patients to not bring extra people into the waiting room and ask visitors to wait in the car.

If you or a loved one is in a vulnerable group, please call us and we will work with you to address your needs and reduce your exposure.

Good listeners and very professional.

Super satisfied with this alternative in Bemidji!  THANK YOU for being the kind of clinic I actually enjoy going to.  I will tell all my friends about the courteous care received by the staff at Dermatology Professionals!

They were very thorough in explaining the condition and medication, and spent a long time answering questions and listening to concerns.  We never felt rushed.  The staff was extremely friendly and professional.  We were very impressed with this provider and highly recommend them to others.
